Common symptoms
Abdominal and back pain
Seven out of 10 (70%) people with pancreatic cancer go to the doctor because of the pain. Pain is common in pancreatic and tail cancer. People describe it as dull, dull pain. It extends from the abdomen to the back. The pain is worse when lying down and less when sitting. It may be worse after eating.
Some people may just have back pain. It is usually felt in the middle of the back and is usually permanent.

Most people with pancreatic cancer pale the first time they see a doctor. Most of them are also bitter. About 10 out of 100 people (about 10%) have painless jaundice.
Jaundice indicates yellowing of the skin and white eyes. Urine (urine) may be darker than normal, and stool (stool) may be lighter. The bile is so yellow that it yellows the skin. It may be less noticeable on darker or brown skin. It is easier to see white eyes than skin.

Losing weight
People diagnosed with pancreatic cancer may have lost a lot of weight (at least 10% of their total body weight) recently for no apparent reason. This symptom is very common in pancreatic head cancer.
Other signs and symptoms
Pancreatic cancer can cause other signs and symptoms. This can be before or after a cancer diagnosis. Not everyone has all the symptoms.

Some people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer have diabetes for the first time. Fewer people have been diagnosed with diabetes in the past year. If you have diabetes, you don’t produce enough insulin. So your blood sugar is high. Sugar removes some water from the body in the urine.

Severe bruising can cause itching. Increased concentrations of bile salts in the blood can cause skin irritation.

Changes in the bowel
If the pancreatic duct is blocked, you may experience symptoms called fatty stools. that is, after (R.L.P.). Stools can be difficult to pass, large, yellow, and often smelly. These intestinal problems mean that food is not digested properly. It also leads to weight loss.
Cough and chills
Occasionally you may have a fever due to diabetes or inflammation. When you have a high fever, you may feel cold and chilly.

Constipation Constipation causes heartburn, bloating, nausea, etc. This is a common problem in the general population and is not a sign of cancer in most people.

Blood confirmation
Sometimes pancreatic cancer is associated with blood clots. For example, deep veins in the legs or small veins can form anywhere in the body. Sometimes the rash disappears and then develops in other parts of the body.
